To assist our customers in finding the right products for their computer devices, we have simplified our operations with the "Ultimate Configurator" function. This feature allows you to easily search for the desired device or specific suppliers, helping you find the best combination quickly. With this efficiency, we fulfill nearly 98% of our memory orders on the same day. Customers will return the products by mail through FedEx, UPS, DHL in case of returns. It is customer responsibility to arrange the shipping labels and send the bought items back to us.
Computer Parts HQ serves a diverse customer base around the world. We offer international shipping, and the shipping rates may vary depending on your location. During checkout, you can select "international shipping" to determine the applicable shipping cost before proceeding with your order. Please note that any customs fees imposed by the customs office are the responsibility of the customer. No processing fee is charged for overseas orders.
When shipping internationally, we label the package as merchandise, specifying the actual value and contents, such as "Servers - Computer Hardware." If you prefer the order to be labeled as a gift, we can omit the receipt upon request but cannot mark it as a gift.
For our international customers, we recommend using PayPal or stripe for payment authentication, as we may have limitations with international credit cards. PayPal offers a smooth payment process, and payment verification may take up to 3 business days. If you have an official email address for your company's domain, it can facilitate payment authentication.

In such cases, we request that you review and adhere to our terms and conditions and initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) submission.

If there are any discrepancies between the ordered items and the received goods, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We classify customers who are not consumers as "Business Customers," while "Consumers" include individuals who are not acting on behalf of an organization or career interests.
To cancel an order, please email us with the order reference number or PO number before the order is dispatched to avoid any additional charges. Failure to do so may result in a 25% restocking fee if the package has already been dispatched. If the shipment has been delivered, we recommend not opening it and arranging its return within 14 days. Customer will bear the return shipping fee in this case. Please ensure proper repackaging using the original outer packaging to avoid restocking fees.
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, we require that they remain unused and in a resalable condition, including all accessories and packaging. Customers are responsible for protecting the goods during the return shipment and arranging and covering the associated shipping costs. Certain shipments directly from suppliers may be non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Conditions for Non-Faulty Returns
If we agree, at our discretion, to accept the return of unwanted items for credit, they must be returned within 14 days of delivery with our prior written arrangement, unopened, and with the suppliers' seals intact in a resalable condition. Non-faulty returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, unless the error is on our part. Customers are responsible for repackaging the items as they were originally shipped to avoid restocking charges. Customer will bear the return shipping fee in this case.
If you need to return a product, please submit an RMA request, regardless of the reason for return. The goods must be undamaged and returned in their original state, including all accessories, manuals, applications, and warranties. Once you have received your RMA number, securely repackage the items, preferably in the original outer box. If the original box is damaged, a 25% restocking charge may apply.
Ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outer package/box to avoid refusal. Use a sticker to write the full address of Computer Parts HQ on the package/box. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund within 10 days.
Damaged Goods Complaints
If the goods are defective upon arrival, please sign for them as faulty with the courier and immediately contact us via email or phone. We recommend reporting any defective goods within two working days of arrival. Please note that hardware replacement may be invalidated if the goods are not defective as stated on the RMA form or if the item has been compromised or tampered with.
